Welcome to American Hedgehog Nursery on-line store. We are trying to keep our catalog up to date, reflecting available numbers for the listed items. In the same time we also keep items we use to sell or plan to sell, but unavailable at the moment. The comments to these items contain information about the expected availability time. If you are interested in any of temporally absent positions you may contact us and preorder. At the time the item become available we will contact you to check if you are still be interested in purchasing it.
To place your first order, you will need to create an account. At that moment you will be asked to enter information required for communication and mailing your order (email, name, mailing address and telephone number). You will have an option to receive our information letters about new available items. You may request or discontinue receiving these letters at any time by checking corresponding box. Information about your placed/filled order(s) will be kept at your account and available to you at any time. If by some reasons you would like to delete your account you may do so by sending us request with ‘Delete my account’ in the subject line.
To start shopping, click on a category on the left (there may be several sub-categories), find item you would like to buy and put it to your shopping basket. You may directly click on the new products at the bottom or bestsellers on the right of the page.
You always may change number of the items you want to buy or delete any of them until you pay for your order. If you need to change your order after you pay for it, you may do so until the order is filled by contacting us. Please, put ‘Change my order’ in the subject line. Include your order number.
When you are ready to place your order you first will be transferred in your shopping basket. If you are trying to buy more items, then listed on the website, system will not allow you to do this, and positions in insufficient quantity will be marked as “sold out”. To be able to place the order you will need to enter available quantity. The quantities available for each position, can be found in the genera list. Please remember, those numbers are dynamic and will change when someone place the order for the same items before you. After checking that all items in your order are available in required quantity you will need to pay for the order. At that moment website will transfer you to the PayPal website, where you will need to enter payment information to finalize your order.
